  The Company has carried out many such assignments throughout the UK but especially in Central London where we have built considerable expertise in the unique conditions of the West End.  We review current procedures and where necessary recommend change; we examine the impact on the four licensing objectives and seek to provide solutions where there are problems; our experience allows us to make predictions as to the impact of change on the operation, the community and regulations.
  
  
• Planning Issues
  The Company’s principal, Christopher Chubb, can provide evidence of the probably impact a premises will have on the community and in particular the four licensing objectives.  He can provide operational templates which if adopted will minimise such impact
  
  
• Civil Matters
  Where there is litigation and dispute between parties Christopher Chubb can bring his unique expertise as a senior Police Officer and a specialist in the licensed entertainment business to comment on the circumstances and express a qualified view to the Court.
